"Nihil difficile volenti – Nothing is difficult for those who want it.” This Italian saying is a reminder for those struggling, discouraged and depressed of not getting what they want. There is a war within. It is difficult to move on when one’s belief is tainted with negative feelings and thoughts. My mentor is beginning a series of discussion about THE FORCE. He is referring to the force within us. It is so powerful that it can not only push you to succeed but also transform yourself and those around you. But first, let me ask you this question, “what is it that keeps you going?” Whether you are a student, teacher, parent, employee, employer, male, female, neophyte, expert, you pause for a while and ask yourself this question.
What is it that you really want? When you find the answer, reflect, plan and execute your strategy how to achieve it. How? Don’t just follow your dreams, chase them. This means strong mindset, good values and smooth execution.
